Here are photos of the guitar up for raffle.  It is a brand new Gibson/Epiphone (black with white pickguard) signed by Goo Goo Dolls.

This is brand new guitar, signed by the Goos, and chances are only $1.00 (US).  
 
I doubt that you could find a deal like that on eBay!
