Just click on "Profile" at the top. Scroll all the way down to the bottom and put the link to the image that you want to display in there but put it between the image tags. Like this:
[ img]http://the_link_to_the_picture.jpg[ /img ]
(only take the spaces out of before and after "img". I did it so it wouldn't try to display the example as a picture. LOL)
And then put the quote above or below it. Unless you mean a quote over on the left side. That goes in "Personal Text".
