Okay so I just got JED and HOLY JUMPED UP JOESPHINE...  I know you all probably are thinkin...you're just now getting it, but I never had anything pre Superstar Carwash and Hold Me Up days. I can't believe how very hard they actually were! I never imagined they were ever that hard. WOW!!! Sorry I just can't get over it. You would never even know they were the same band. I got it off ebay in near mint condition, for 4 bucks, I was so jazzed I got it today. Just thought I'd share.

Yeh, i agree with you... they were really rockin hard in those days. I dont have that album but i heard some songs that they did before on ego, opinion art and commerce album, and songs like 'up yours' shows how John sings so differently to now and how 20 years in the business have shown different styles in their music. Cheesy

I really liked Robby's songs on Jed and Hold Me Up. I think Road to Salinas would be my fav. Jed isn't that hard to find in regular stores in the US since it isn't out of print or anything.

Woah that's crazy!   I would never ever in a gazillion years have picked TARGET to stock "Jed".   :wtf:

I have seen "Jed" available in Australia, in a couple of rather obscure or indie style record stores (I got mine from Skinny's in Brisbane) and also in similar second-hand style places (eg: Red Eye Records in Sydney).

Have to say though that both "First Release" and "Jed" are becoming collectors items now on Aussie turf.
