I'd say EOAC, because I love the artwork for it - even though it's just music knobs on guitars and amps and stuff, it's really artistic and funky-looking. Plus, you could put pretty much all the other Goo's albums in (except Gutterflower) in some way or another, meaning you could cheat and get away with as many CD designs as possible!!
