Hey everyone
We've not been around on the net much the last few days so thought you'd all be interested to hear the following news from the UK, some of which fellow UK fans have been telling us about....
*GALB is being played in Asda stores through the UK*
*There is a Goo Live in Buffalo dvd competition on The Amp music tv station*
*GALB is on The Amp music tv playlist!*
*GALB is being played on Q Music TV  *
*GALB is still on Virgin Radio's (www.virginradio.co.uk playlist and Ben Jones is particularly supportive. We know of at least 3 UK Goo fans that have e-mailed us saying that he has dedicated GALB to them  *
*GALB is now on the Music Radio Group playlist which controls FIFTY UK regional radio stations!!! Not only that, but GALB has been used as backing music on Severn Sound FM's new campaign. You can request GALB by visiting www.musicradio.com
How fantastic is all of that?!!!! Please keep requesting as it's obviously starting to pay off We've just re-launched our "Request Goo" page and re-named it "Give A Little Bit" on http://clik.to/gootastic which you'll find in our siggie at the bottom of the page. You'll also find our new banner which Lea kindly did the graphics for - feel free to plaster it all over the web to encourage people to request

Must get requesting...hee...join the revolution, y'all!
I might post one of those graphics on my MySpace page. Although I DO wonder why the text seem to have gone blurry in the banner you guys are using for your sig...  it wasn;'t like that when I made it, and it's saved as a JPEG...I think...so I have no idea why it would go like that... 
Weren't you guys gonna make that a graphic link? Do you know how to do that?
I'll explain anyway, cause even if you guys know, some people might not.
This is to make an active link in BB code. This is what most messageboards use:

but w/o the spaces.

Again w/o the spaces. You can paste that into your blog or whatever, I think all blogs just use HTML...
Were you gonna put the animated graphic on there too, Lou and Nic?

Thanks for all those codes.... we've got the html sorted but couldn't figure out how to link it using the YABB code on here - you're a star!! Will go and sort that out in a minute.
Not sure what's going on with the text but that's how it appeared on our screen when you PM'd it to us. It's strange isn't it? We thought maybe it was just our computer screen this end?!!
As for the animated banner, we've not forgotten! We only got half way through updating with stuff today and hope to finish it tomorrow. Will let you know

I can only think that it might be the drop shadow I put on the text going blurry. Which it shouldn't do...
But It should be fairly easy to sort out...*goes to fiddle about*
EDITED TO ADD:
Less blurry I think...oh, and right after I made that first banner I found the same pic of the boys (they one from the back of Gutterflower) but without the silly blurred edges round Robby and Mike's faces...so that pic of them is a better one anyway, we can actually SEE Robby and Mike which is always good

Yay, a thread to show off UK banners would be great!!
Fantastic news there Lou and Nic - one of my friends in Leicester said he's heard GALB several times on his local radio station, where the DJ had also announced that it;s going to be released in a few weeks' time - any news on that, or did he get it wrong?? If it was released here, that would be AMAZING!!

Yay!!!
Goo is spreading in Ireland too!!! I keep hearing it all over the radio on loads of different radio stations!!! On Today fm they have like an ad for the new music they play and right betwenn a little snippet of Gwen Stefani and Paddy Casey is a weeny slice of GALB!! "Today Fm, the best for new music"
