The Lyric Game

Okay, I think everyone knows how this game works. I'll give a line from a Goo song, and the first person to identify the song and album it comes from, then posts a new lyric for someone else to guess. Make sense? Okay, let's start with an easy one: "You helped your mother bake a pie, you fell and didn't cry, you made your bed and said, your ABCs..." Okay, so for this one you don't have to give an album, but you do have to say where it comes from.

Perhaps if Mike and Robby had received the memo stating that this was a plaid-pants only affair, it would have spared them this embarassing social faux-pas. Black pants? How declassé.

The one Pinky_Goo posted is from I mpersonalit y (which ROCKS) the album is A Boy Named Goo. The one SassyMay posted is 'Just The Way You Are' from Hold Me Up. And the one I'm gonna post is THIS: "I'd rather hang with drunks than hang out with myself."

| Haha, it took me a while but it came to me whilst I was driving. SO FAR AWAY from Superstar Carwash! All right, here's a new one: "Hate is so heavy when you're weak"
