Thought I would start a new thread on this since there were so many on the other one.
We aren't that much behind against korn right now.  It's Korn 50.69% and GOO'S 49.31% Everyone continue voting, if we lose against korn I'm gonna be ticked!  VOTE VOTE VOTE!!!

We lost, for those who don't know yet.  52% to 48%.
 
But if it makes you feel better, Korn got beat by Linkin Park this last hour.

Stupid contest anyway. What did they do, pick the band they could think of that was LEAST like the Goos? Just to see if anyone would notice the utter randomeness of the competition?!

Well, the battles started off as themes.  The Goos vs. Tool was the battle of the "oo"s.  And the order the battles were in by chance paired Goo to Korn.  Even the dj commented that that was the weirdest pairing possible.  But that station has got to the point where the Goos don't really fit in at all, but still get play because they're the hometown band.  It was fun this morning to hear "Make Me Bad" (I think) blend into "We Are the Normal".
