Um... I feel like I missed something HUGE!! When was this star lounge thing announced? I am usually good at keeping up with all this news, but I feel so lost!

Aw, I'm sorry you missed it Becky. 
It's the thing Robby talked about in the GALB Journal at the GGDs site. They were only asked to do it 48hours ago and delayed leaving for their trip to do it.
It was a benefit show at the Star Lounge for tsunami relief and was online at star987.com.
It was at 4 PST (7 pm my time).
