BIZZY'S BONER [THESOURCE.COM]
Best Rap Group Grammy-winning Bone
Thugs-N-Harmony's Bizzy Bone's court-room drama commenced on Tuesday, January 19th, in
Columbus, Ohio for his
alleged disorderly conduct and assault against a student barber at the Hair Experts Barber
School on Wednesday, September 16th. The rapper is accused of dragging
Terrance Harden down a flight of stairs for spreading rumors about the Cleveland-born MC
after his bodyguards, who are not facing any charges, restrained him.
Despite the fact that Harden was left with visable injuries (according to Columbus
assistant city prosecutor Nathan Akamine), Bizzy, if convicted, would only be
facing up to six months and a $1,000 fine. Bizzy maintains his innocence and his attorney,
Randy Treneff, claims that Harden only filed charges against Bizzy Bone in
an attempt to get some money out of him.
BIZZY CLEARED [THESOURCE.COM]
On Monday, January 25th, Bone
Thugs-N-Harmony's Bizzy Bone was found not to be guilty of assault and disorderly conduct
in Columbus, Ohio. Bizzy, who had
allegedly dragged a barber school student down a flight of stairs for spreading rumors
about him, was found innocent after four days of testimony. The defense
maintained that Bizzy's bodyguards, who were not charged, were responsible for most of the
injuries inflicted upon the complainant, Terrance Harden,
and that Bizzy was only minorly involved in his physical abuse. Harden's lawyer, Robert
Caplan, says they still intend on filing a civil suit against the rapper and his
bodyguards.
